Experienced Financial Analyst/Bookkeeper

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, an analyst by profession with vast knowledge in different fields of accounting. I am confident that I can handle, monitor, and recon all your expenses efficiently and effectively. I have previously worked as a Bookkeeper for a Bookkeeping Company for Real Estate and as a Purchasing Officer doing Logistics for an AU company. In the last 5 years, I have worked in a multinational Oil and Gas Company, Royal Dutch Shell. I was a Cash Application and Allocation Analyst and played a big part of the team in the migration of activities up to efficient and effective allocation and implementation of payments. Apart from that, I have been an Accounts Receivable Analyst for Upstream Americas Joint Venture Accounting for Canada portfolio where I handled most of the difficult partner accounts. I was able to help reduce the balances, execute month-end closing related activities as well as dispute management. Handled numerous audit queries with no exception noted and investigated payment related queries, a task to lead Operational Credit Committee meeting where you have to report the status of the outstanding balances and the reason why there were still balances under dispute not being paid by the joint venture partners. I have demonstrated expertise in handling queries and drive to excel in the finance organization field. I have exhibited a strong commitment to the financial health and growth of the company. My former position is an Accounting Head of an Insurance Agency where I spearheaded the whole department as well as involved in the whole operations of the Agency. I was able to demonstrate my ability to handle and supervise an accounting team and lead the operational committee meeting on a weekly basis as well as reporting Financial Statement to the Board of Directors on a monthly basis. I have developed and implemented systems of collecting, analyzing, verifying, and also managing staff. I have been involved and accomplished human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employee; communicating job expectations, planning, monitor, appraising, and reviewing job contributions. I have solid communication skills, available to start and can work 6-8 hours per day, with a stable internet connection and committed to completing every task on time with good quality
