Solid background on project management and team leadership, and possesses effective written and verbal communication skills. Have a proactive approach towards problem solving in order to reduce IT related calls. This is done by making a trend analysis of the current calls and known errors, incidents, problems. Generate reports of Technician performances and work with Senior Management to improve IT help desk operations. Working Experience in Installation, configuration, Maintenance of VmWare VSphere Infrastructure. Participated in a full life-cycle development VMWare environment. Worked on Oracle Virtual Environment and Oracle VirtualBox. Worked on CITRIX Xen Server. Active Directory Administration, DHCP, DNS Administration in Windows 2003 and 2008 Servers. DHCP administration, assigning and maintenance of IP addresses in the DHCP pool. DNS administration, checking for efficient working of the DNS and dynamic SRV records creation and deletion. Ubuntu Linux server and desktop troubleshooting and implementation. Can give suggestions on Windows OS alternatives and how to implement a combination of Ubuntu Linux Microsoft windows based systems in an Organisation of any size.
