My professional experience includes monitoring and recording system performance, troubleshooting various problems, maintaining several organizations’ IT systems for a consistent level of reliability, working closely with my colleagues, researching new technology and successfully implementing that technology in my organizations’ IT network and systems. The following represent some highlights of my experience and qualifications. Ø Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the MG University INDIA. Ø Office 365 project migration experience to cloud. Ø Became a Certified member from Microsoft and Cisco with (MCSE, MCSA, CCNA) and Cyber Security Certifications CEH and ECSA from Ec Council America. Ø Successfully devised and implemented dozens of IT solutions, Servers, Operating systems-windows and Linux, ERP software’s, Mail Servers, Firewalls. Ø Continued to improve my education through extensive industry research. Ø Identified several previously undetected network problems Ø Installed new hardware’s, Software’s, performing root-cause analysis on problems that have multiple dependencies
