Extensive experience as a lawyer and paralegal; excellent legal research and writing skills, discovery, including preparation of discovery requests and responses, review and analysis of documents and other media for privilege, responsiveness, issue-spotting, trial preparation, and all other facets of trial law; experience with both civil and criminal law, with concentration in commercial litigation, family law, oil and gas, wills, contracts, employment, among other areas.
