Over twenty-five years experience working in business/ financial services in Europe and Asia with extensive experience in the investment funds, private wealth, compliance, corporate governance, project management and risk management fields. I've held roles as board secretariat and director for investment funds, listed companies and private holdings companies. I've also acted as a data protection officer to various companies. I'm a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and an Associate member of the Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Institute.
