Currently, I am conducting research on counter-terrorism strategies through the School of International Relations at the University of St Andrews. I am in the process of conducting high level interviews with expert practitioners in the field in the UK, and have transcribed all of my own interviews. This has required me to cut out some words and colloquialisms and to be sensible when transcribing. I therefore have both the experience and the equipment to hit the ground running. In addition, due to the sensitivity of the subject matter, I am very discrete and have excellent data management processes in place.
