My name is Madeleine Kaye Unera, but you can call me Kaye. I am an experienced Customer Service Representative for the past decade from different line of businesses . Within those decade I have been a Quality Analyst and a Product trainer for the Call Center industry as well. Within those years I have attended multiple training from one company to another understanding their product and analytical training such as six sigma and I was also sent to Augusta GA back in 2010 to learn about the new CRM for our client back then. I have great experience working with various BPO companies and campaign that helped me enhanced my skills for catering customer and clients’ needs. I have more than 1 year work from home experience as a Virtual Assistant for Real estate client in the US, lead generation, data mining, blog writing, social media management, photo and video editing, circle prospecting and more. I am currently employed as a consultant in my Aunt's recruitment company as their Customer Service and Compliance Consultant as a part time job since January and helped them acquire 176 nurses to be sent to UK. I strongly believe that I will be an asset to any company that I work for due to all the work experience that I have. I have excellent communication skills. I could read, write and speak the English language. I know how to value the job that I have. I am very hardworking and flexible to whatever task may be given to me. I believe in the saying Mind Over Matter wholeheartedly.
