I am specialized in Accounting (both Vietnam Accounting Standards, IFRSs), Auditing, Vietnam Taxation (various tax matters such as VAT, CIT, PIT, DTA) and Financial advisory. 

I am an ACCA member and CPA holder. I have almost 9 years in auditing and advisory services. I worked for FDI companies in both northern and southern provinces of Vietnam. I am specialized in and can handle following jobs:

- Advise to set up and run accounting systems, advise on specific accounting treatment under VAS and IFRS.

- Advise and carry out audit of financial matters, operation and compliance under Vietnam laws.

- Evaluate and design internal control systems of a company; other management consulting.

- Handle Finance and Tax Due Diligence for M&A purposes.
