This is a collaborative process and I need your input and feedback to ensure you’re confident with the results. Here’s is how my process typically works, but is up for negotiation if you prefer a different process: 1. Once hired, iI will need you to send me your current resume and links to jobs that you’re interested in applying for. 2. We’ll complete a 30 minute phone consultation, where I’ll ask questions based on your work history and get to know more about your goals. This can be done through a Zoom video call or email as well, it’s up to you. 3. I’ll send you a draft of the resume and cover letter for you to review and provide feedback. 4. I’ll take your feedback and complete final versions of the resume and cover letter within 24-48 hours. 5. I’ll review your LinkedIn profile and work with you to create a captivating personal summary, optimize verbiage, provide suggestions on ideal settings and activities to take part in that will further increase your visibility to recruiters and key decision makers.
