My 17 years of work experience has exposed me to the use of computers, especially operating systems that have undergone upgrading versions since I was first exposed to computers starting with Windows XP, Vista 2008, 2012 and the latest I am using is Windows 2019. I started to be proficient in using Microsoft Office since 2003 starting with Microsoft Office 2003, until the latest I have been proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 which means I have been working with the System for 17 years to launch a business. Exposure to the use of Ms Word began to grow starting in 2003 when I worked in the Human Resource Department because I used a lot of the software for corresponce matters involving internal or external (client) mailing record matters. Assignments in the department also require skills in managing staffing records that have big data involving hundreds of staff. The skill of using Ms Word helps me speed up the process of reviewing information search data. The use of Ms Excel began when I was transferred to the Operation department in 2005 where our company is a large-scale seed producer amounting to 10,000,000 trees each year. This requires a good record of data ranging from monitoring operational work to product production and distribution to customers. Although the company has a computerized operating system to monitor data, but the skills to use Ms Excel still need to be there because the data requirements for Analysis in meetings are very important to management in making any decision. I started to be proficient in using function formulas, filters, pivot tables, and can even create mini databases using Ms Excel VBA. Skills in using Ms Powerpoint started when I was heavily exposed to management meetings that required all the data provided hyperlinks to a form of presentation that was already understood by the management. A simple but full of information and interesting presentation related to the company's operating journey can drive management in making the best decisions about the direction of a company. For other functions in Ms Office outlook, onenote, etc. come in packages through disclosure from time to time when using major software from Microsoft. Most recently, I really appreciate the functionality of Microsoft Onedrive and 365 which is very helpful in managing work from home as well as working in the office or outside the Area. This cloud facility can overcome the problem of data loss because it can be accessed wherever we are. With the movement control of the effects of the pandemic at the moment has helped me a lot to explore many more good things developed by Microsoft. S o, I am confident that the skills I acquired during my time working with the Microsoft Office system can help your business achieve the needs of management who want the smooth operation of the company and provide better profits than before.
