I'v been work with web aspect for 10 years. Specially I have many experiences for php, j2ee, html5, css3 and several CMS system. Also I've been work with a lot of php frameworks. e.g ZendFramework, Wordpress, Jumla and Durupal. And also I have may excellent develop team and they have a great deal of experiences about all kind of programming. In our, programming language is not problem.
