Having 6.6 Years of experience as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer (R&D) involved in development of servo hydraulic and electromechanical component / systems, grips and fixtures ?Preparation of conceptual according to customer proposal ?Knowledge of designing structural, hydraulic and electromechanical components / systems like special purpose machine, Material testing machine (UTM), Earthquake simulators (Shaketable-multi axes), automotive components testing systems, electromechanical actuators, hydraulic actuators, grips and fixtures. ? Knowledge of designing of transducers like load transducer, Extensometer (linear and diametric), Crack opening displacement transducer ? Designing products/systems by calculation and analysis using software’s like Solidworks, Autodesk Inventor ? 3D Modeling (Solid and sheetmetal) & Assembling, Detailed drawing generation using CAD packages. ? Prepare and maintain engineering release and change documents (updation and generation of BOM, DCN / ECN and routing audit reports) ? Application and interpretation knowledge of GD&T ?
