A regional homebuilder contacted me concerning two new developments they were starting. Both developments had six new floor plans with three different facades for each floor plan. The Architect on the project didn't provide the plans until five weeks before they were supposed to open sales. I provided the Floor plans on 16" x 20" watercolor paper (12 total) with the three different elevations (36 total renderings) each on a separate 16" x 20" watercolor paper by their deadline. The total time from receipt of the plans to completion was one month. Needless to say, they were thrilled that their "Impossible" deadline was met and the quality of work was better than their previous artist. All the overtime (approx. 16-18 hours a day, 7 days a week) was worth it.
