My strength is drawing and painting still life's, landscape's and portrait's. I work in oil, watercolor, pastel and pencil and pen. My work has won numerous award's at exhibition's in New York, and Texas. I've done caricature work at amusment park's and special event's. I have done work with cartooning and political cartoon's as well. I have designed and illustrated personal greeting card's, designed and illustrated ad's for restaurant's in N.Y., and designed and illustrated brochures for medical profession's in Maryland. Some of my painting's on my website ( www.regisholland.com ) are realism painting's but with an edge or a hidden or double meaning which I like to do in my work. I sometime's like to leave it up to the viewer to get thier own feeling's about the work.
