Provide decades of wildlife/environmental safety training expertise. My education is in Biological Sciences - Renewable Resources with a current focus on broad scale biodiversity. I currently work for a large scale, world class, biodiversity monitoring agency as the Lead for Field Operations.. I am responsible for safety in the field for over 40+ field staff (winter and summer) I write Safe Operating Procedures, Hazard Assessments, and Codes of Practice. I am a certified instructor from the Canadian Safety Council in ATV, Snowmobile, and Argo I am a certified Instructor for the Alberta Safety Council in Bear Awareness and Avoidance.
