Significant experience in corporate finance, private equity investing, company turnarounds, acquisitions, financial engineering and balance sheet restructuring to maximize shareholder value across companies in different sectors including agri-business, health, renewable energy, manufacturing and infrastructure.

Hands on experience in the investment transactions covering the entire cycle of investing starting from identification of opportunities, screening, preparation and negotiation of term sheets, Due diligence, closing of the deal and post investment monitoring and evaluation.

Experience in green field investments with specific experience includes conducting feasibility studies, structuring the right investment debt/equity investment mix, reviewing Shareholders Agreements, Common Terms Agreements and Debt Funding Agreements to ensure that they are in line with the anticipated investment structure and shareholders objectives as well as consolidating investment information for financial close of investments

Proven track record in developing and managing teams to allow rapid contribution to new and complex situations, plus the ability to deliver successful projects on a timely basis as well as within budget.

Experience in management reporting and analysis. Worked with financial controllers of investee companies to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, developed budgets for some investees and monitored performance against specific Key Performance Indicators (KPI), determined uses and sources of funds including working capital requirements for various investee companies.
