I have enjoyed managing Change projects - Finance - including the following:
- Implementing new Finance Systems
- Designing and Implementing new Finance Processes
- Implementing new Finance Operating Models
- Developing Finance strategies for both the CEO and CFO
- Change Management, Stakeholder and relationship management
My personal and professional journeys have taught a few things over time. These lessons include the following:
1. I have the ability to successfully manage programs which vary from small/simple projects to large/complex ones.
- I put the customer at the centre of all that I do.
- Attention to detail is paramount
2. I understand how disruptive Change can be to both leadership and employees. I appreciate the power of an effective Change Management strategy. I have managed change in all its complexities, and I am able to tailor a strategy to the customer's unique situations.
3. I can align, lead and grow cross cultural and functional teams and the buck stops with me!
4. I educate, refine and drive myself to be a better person, therefore:
- I am constantly learning and never settle
- I stay calm when the storm is raging all around me
