Manage all aspects of finance and accounting activities including financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, tax planning, treasury and debt management, etc; Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting; Support the funding needs of the entities including project financing, prepare cash flow forecasts, ensure compliance with financial covenants; Supervise the design and implementation of financial strategies, policies and procedures; Prepare, coordinate and participate in consolidation accounts, interim report, annual report and announcement; Lead due diligence and feasibility studies on business acquisition; Prepare Pre Initial Public Listed account in both Hong Kong and PRC
