CFA Institute member (full designation since 2016), with 10 years of experience in finance and administrative roles in companies in Brazil. In the beginning of my career, I worked as a financial analyst in one of the main advisory firms in Brazil. The company was responsible for advising and negotiating in large M&A deals. Later, I went to the asset management department and the focus was on fundamental analysis of equity (valuation and sector analysis). Three years later, I was hired as a finance manager of a cosmetics company, where I was responsible for cash flow forecasts, budgeting and accounting supervision. Then, became the company's CFO, also responsible for the strategic planning and new business developments.
