I have experience working with Excel spreadsheet,quick books and sage.My experience was gained working with different donor agencies including.USAID-KENYA ,CORDAID among others.Data entry was not all I did.i also generated final books of accounts and helped in interpreting the other tasks I did successfully include:Bank reconciliations, receivables and payable reconciliations, petty cash control, drawing of cheques,among other things. During the course of my duties I have also gotten involved in procurement this included generation of budgets, negotiating with suppliers, actual buying, records generation and doing follow ups to maintain good relationship with suppliers.
