Valuation- Valuation of businesses and companies for various purposes like financial reporting purposes (Impairment testing, Purchase price allocation, Valuation of privately held companies, Portfolio valuation for Private equity clients) and Tax reporting purposes (Employee stock options valuation, Management Incentive Plans, Divestitures, Transfer pricing and divestitures)

I have assisted various companies to secure funding from Angel investors and even private equity houses at a favorable term.
