Developed many models for different projects. Models were built for sell side analyst reports. Another model was created for a PPP airport project in Africa. The focus on generating models that reflect close to realistic projections and expectations is the key differentiating factor. To have these accurate projections, the assumptions that feed the model must be as realistic as possible .
