I am a qualified chartered accountant from Edinburgh, Scotland. I worked for five years at Ernst & Young London in their corporate finance team. I worked across a range of sectors and clients from banks, private equity, pension trusts and corporates. Since leaving Ernst & Young I have worked for the past 18 months as a free lancer. Initially for a restaurant group where I built their financial model and assisted management with the sale of one of their brands. I have more recently prepared financial forecasts for two high growth companies raising equity through crowd funding. I am proficient in designing a financial statement model (income statement, balance sheet, cashflow) which can incorporate valuation analysis, covenant testing and debt structure.
