Hi, I am Shayan Khan. I am a practicing Doctor and a motivated fitness trainer. I genuinely want to help people grow and reach their fitness goals. I have been doing this for 7 years now, through out this time, I have worked under the supervision of my coaches and I have always followed proper fitness regimens. This has helped me gain exponential experience in fitness business in a short duration of time. 

The methodology that I use is an amalgamation of both experience and theoretical knowledge. My training and diet plans, tips n tricks, Dos and Don'ts are all backed up by science. These plans have been tried n tested and they will give you actual results in a very short duration of time. My plans will be elaborate with all the necessary details, ranging from exercise split, sets, reps, resting time, intensity and duration to mental health, psychological barriers, plateau breaking and over all well being. I will also provide customized meal plans tailored according to clients needs and caloric requirement. It will be made sure that the meals are balanced and benefitting for the client, as diet is the most important part of the fitness journey. The key is sustainability and maintaining your fitness on a day to day basis and I can guarantee that. It means that this journey would also include breaking old habits and forming new and improved ones, only then, a fit lifestyle would be attained. Being a Doctor I will also provide Medical advice. 

I will also be providing on constant support and progress tracking. Adjustments will be made according to the progress made. The whole process will have a direction to it, developing basic techniques and neurological patterns with in your brain to better accommodate with the regimen on a long term basis. 

Now, coming to my requirement from the Clients. I like working with people who are genuine and real about their fitness goals, who are ready to give me their absolute best. On your part, I need a strong will and the desire to break through all the obstacles that come in the way. Consistency is the name of the game. Those who are consistent develop physiques like no other.
