For me, the first step in creating a project from scratch is to have a clear idea of your vision. After a meeting where we discussed your expectations and project specifications, I will start with the floor plan proposal. The software that I use for this is AutoCAD. In this proposal, I will make sure that everything is perfectly aligned and functional. With a well optimized floor plan, you don’t have to worry about any technical issues later in the process.
