Hi, my name is Hernán Contreras and I'm from Argentina, I'm food engineer and have lot of experience in the food industry in major multinational companies such as Unilever and AB-InBev where I was Plant Manager and also Corporate Quality Manager for LatinAmerica South. My area of expertise is Quality and Food Safety. I have experience developing, implementing and auditing ISO 9001 / 22000, HACCP and GFSI (BRC).
