  • More than thirty years of technical experience in different Food processing industries to establish green field project layouts, plant installations, commissioning, dry run and wet run operations, production and factory management, quality control, health and safety systems development and implementation. 
  • Strong management control experience in multinational and multicultural environment at multi-site operations.   
  • Leadership skills, able to develop and share a vision and have the essential influence and problem-solving skills to introduce change and make a tangible and sustained difference in the organization. 
  • In-depth experience in multi-site unit consolidated factories management with implementation of Lean production and Quality Management systems.  ·       
  • Profound knowledge of "best-practices" in operations capabilities with a proven and sustainable track record in identifying, developing and executing major change initiatives
  • Involved directly in implementation of following quality management systems in the organization and multiple sites of the organization. ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 22000 and OHSAS 18000 standards, Hilal Certification, Food Safety, GMP and HACCP criteria and BRC – British Retail Consortium
