I am a postgraduate  in food technology from CSIR-CFTRI and a graduate in food process engineering  from IIFPT. I have over 5 Years experience as  an Assistant  manager in a leading MNC. During my tenure, I have worked on product development of bakery mixes viz; cake mixes, gluten free premixes etc. I also own experience with whip topping creams, glaze gel mainly intending for bakery applications. Along with the development of bench top formulations ,quality assurance I have also scaled up various plant level productions  during my career time.  My postgradute project was low humidity air drying of bitter gourd, for which i have received Buhler's award for best dessertation. During my graduation, i have designed and fabricated a tender coconut water extractor. In 2016, I have cleared ARS-NET
