He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology with concentrations in Data Communications, Systems Architecture, Compilers and Operating Systems. He holds a Master of Science degree in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School with concentrations in Computational Methods, Optimization, Simulation and Data Analysis. He is a graduate of the Center for Creative Leadership’s Leadership Development Program and is ITIL Foundations certified.
