In the thesis, I have mentioned my research on the adults' behaviour on the basis of emerging through their childhood experiences. I was able to unfold few harder aspects of life though the research. At first, Any individual is just reflecting his emotions through what is already registered in his mind especially at the age of 8. The age has such an indelible effect in the course of mind which is responsible for the building of one's identity for ever. Secondly, such a kind of character with the same identity will be displayed in all the walks of life if not consciously practised. Thirdly, the parents or the people around them at this special phase of life should engage them in such a way that they would bloom naturally into their God given identity by exploring their innate talent. Being a teacher I would always see what is special with each candidate and I try to unfold their talents to become what they really aspire to. My class is an open class where anyone can comeup with their own inspiring ideas. By talking to them with the motive of knowing the special skills to land them in a fitting career and grow from there to heights. In a nutshell, my aspiration is to become a catalyst for the transformation of individuals to their inner call. As a motivational speaker, my inner call is to reach as many young minds as I could, for unfolding their real identity and to live to the fullest. I have a collection of short stories to my credit.
