BRIEF BIO-PORTRAIT M.EMMANUEL NGENDANZI I am a former Director of the Burundi National Radio. I am a professional journalist with 27 years of experience. I received a degree in Social Communication at the University of Lake Tanganyika in Bujumbura, I also graduated in Journalism at the School of Journalism of Bujumbura. I have obtained certificates in Great Journalistic Genres and Investigative Journalism. I was the co-founder of the international news agency (Syfia Great Lakes). I have produced more than fifty professional articles (www.syfia-grands-lacs.info) I have also coordinated the Project in Burundi "Media Strengthening audiovisual DRC CONGO, RWANDA, BURUNDI.” I was a member of the Project Steering Committee "PACAM" Common Action Plan Support the Media during the 2010 elections in Burundi and I had been international observer of the general elections in Equatorial Guinea within the framework of ECCAS.
