Since 1996-2001, I have done intermediate editing in our high school and college papers (Sinag- UP College of Social Science and Philosophy). I was a graduate of Political Science from the University of the Philippines and the articles I have written and edited were usually from social-political topics then. I write and speak fluently in both English and Filipino. Now- I write freelance articles (narrative/poetry/essays) ranging from all sorts of topics: parenting, kids, financial and personal development, career growth and leadership. I usually do research on the most in demand topics in the Web and would likely put into paper the ideas that I was able to observe. I dream of publishing my own book someday- delving on my past career as a manager and the people I have grown to work with I worked as a customer service representative- focusing on email support and voice. Having to be promoted as a Team Leader and Operations Manager, I was able to manage the growth of programs from US Publishing (San Francisco Chronicle, The Washington Post) to Amazon (Voice programs for US and Canada) from my former company. I also conduct leadership training to my subordinates as well as polish email support for my former clients. I have created MS Excel templates and would work well on Data Entry projects.
