I have worked as a freelance writer providing complete lesson plans for teachers of literature. This includes all tests, quizzes, essay questions, and all coinciding answers. I am also a certified sous chef and have worked in the food and beverage industry for 10 years. I have written and edited cookbooks and guides for students and fellow chefs in the industry. I have a bachelors degree in English with a specialization in creative writing from Michigan State University, as well as an Associates degree in Culinary Arts from Schoolcraft College.
