I am a published author, journalist, and educator writing on topics of health and wellness, beauty, lifestyle, nutrition, travel, adventure, sustainability, and creativity. I have had articles published in Echo Quarterly, Communities Magazine (formerly Talking Leaves Magazine), Isabella, and All Things Girl. I received a full fellowship to the 2013 Stowe StoryLabs and won second place in the 2014 San Miguel Writers' Conference nonfiction writing competition. Most recently I have been producing articles for Green Market Report on a variety of topics related to the CBD industry. I am also an herbal consultant and certified healing arts practitioner and integrative nutrition consultant, which informs much of my written work.
