The interaction with user can be performed with JavaScript & some third-party libraries as JQuery and KnockoutJS. Interface via the CSS3. I'm always looking for the most modern solution, so I prefer to use the latest features from JavaScript by using such tools as TypeScript or Babel. I'm advanced user of Photoshop and Illustrator.
