Hi I'm Umut Badak. I am an IT Professional with more than 10 years of experience. I worked fulltime for companies in IT sector in various roles such as Web Application Developer, Project Manager, Business Process Manager, Solution Architect. In January 2015, I quit company life and since then I have been working as freelance developer besides developing my own web applications. With all experience I get in my professional life, I can comfortably state that, sole point of developing software is creating value. If software does not create value, it is not important if developer created piece of art code and crafted the latest technology. Personally, I get most job satisfaction when I listen and understand customers, analyse their needs, come up with creative user experience/technical designs/ideas, deliver the product and meet customers actual business needs with software product that I delivered. I like to code and coding is fun on its own but witnessing what my product creates real value is more important to me.
