More than Seven years of working in different organisations since earning M.Sc. in Remote Sensing and GIS technology. Presently, I am working with ICRAF as Geoinformatics Scientist before joining ICRAF, I worked for 3 years with ICARDA, SACRP, New Delhi as a Specialist-Remote Sensing. I did M.Tech. in Remote Sensing and GIS from Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS,ISRO), Dehradun and Presently doing my PhD in Remote Sensing from IIT Kharagpur. The following list highlights my skills that I believe will allow me to make an immediate and valuable contribution tothe organization. I have also worked on four research projects as GIS engineer (Six months), Junior Research Fallow (two years) and Senior Research Fellow (one and half year) in which I utilized remote sensing and GI techniques- digital image processing, LULC mapping, Hard and soft classification, Object based classification and accuracy assessment, DEM generation, Fallow area delineation, Crop suitability analysis, AHP, MCDM, and customized output generation.
