Over 12 Years and 1 Months experience in Remote Sensing & GIS. Being at the cutting edge of scienceand technology,

Participation in Projects:  Remapping of Forest Types of India & Biodiversity Assessment.  Satellite survey of encroachment positions pertaining to rejected claims under FRA, 2006 for the states of Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh and Telangana. i. Role- Modify, update and validate the existing forest type using reference data such as Elevation, Rainfall, Temperature, Soil, Toposheets (1:50000), Hydrological layer, RFA boundary, GT points, Cross check in LISS-III/ LISS-IV/Google earth/Landsat 8/Sentinel check the Forest type in the doubtful areas based on spectral reflectance, Ground truthing for Forest type identification, Modifying the forest type class on the basis of collected information, Compare it with the working plan and the local knowledge, Preparation of final maps depicting spatial distribution of forest types, Report preparation and presentation.

Remapping of Forest Types of India & Biodiversity Assessment. 

Participation in Projects:  Conversion & Migration of Electric Network using ArcGIS ArcMap.  Client: SEC (Saudi Electrical Company) Saudi Arabia.  Western Region (Jeddah, Tabuk, Madinah Munawara)  Mapping the electrical network and its assets from 33 KV to customer connection.  Verifying the survey data and prepare reports, verifying GIS data for Cables, Overhead lines, Underground Distribution etc.  Verifying Template (Sub-station, Mini-pillar, RMU and EOS) placement with respect to assets with reference to photograph provided by surveyor.  Verifying connectivity from one substation to another substation.  Verifying connectivity from substation to mini-pillar and mini-pillar to meter as per network hierarchy (Source of supply).  Updating feeder ID from Grid station to customer with respect to SLD (Single Line Diagram) provided by SEC.  Verifying connectivity by using connectivity rules.  Verifying data by using Data Reviewer.

For georeferenced maps the spatial reference should be defined. The following coordinate systems and projections predefined in ArcMap are preferred for georeferencing, but sometimes other coordinate systems must be used.  GCS WGS-1984  WGS-1984 PDC Mercator (for maps crossing the International Dateline)  WGS-1984 World Mercator  WGS-1984 Australian Centre for Remote Sensing Lambert  UTM (except for the “Complex” systems)  North Pole Lambert Azimuthal Equal Area  South Pole Lambert Azimuthal Equal Area  North America Lambert Conformal Conic  Europe Lambert Conformal Conic  Asia Lambert Conformal Conic  South America Lambert Conformal Conic  Robinson (Sphere)  Mollweide (Sphere)

Leading 60 members of the team.  Georeferenced map sheets and satellite images.  Create polygon shape file of an area of interest in Geo tiff map sheets.
