• Graduate Engineer offering more than 10 Years of progressive experience in Consulting, Implementation & Contract Management of Power & Infrastructure sector Projects of value more than 1000 Crs.
• Proficient in managing Public Procurement, end to end Bid Process management for Central & State Government Organization.
• Contract Management Professional with proven track record of Contract Management (Procurement/ Price Negotiation / Costing / Cost Saving / Value Engineering) of Project with Gross Revenue more than 500 Crs. 
• Preliminary Design & Dimensioning of Hydro Power Project, Detailed Engineering and Review of EM Works Hydro Power viz. of Turbine, Generator & auxiliaries and BoP Electrical items.

• Developed procurement plan for the project and make necessary changes as per the needs of the end client.
• Drafting the IFB/ITBs, REOIs, RFPs, Bidding Documents, etc. as per the standard procurement guidelines viz. GFR, Manual of Procurement, CPWD and CVC.
• Conduct evaluation of proposals / bids/clarifications received, Note Put up for approval of Tender Committee and Competent authority. 
• Oversee, manage, assist and/or supervise Drafting & execution of contracts.

Make site visits to evaluate procurement practices and progress of projects under Smart City Project to ensure quality and compliance with the required standards
