I have 3 years of experience working with Civil Society Organisation especially in the areas of Gender Equality( gender-based violence and Women economic Empornment), and Sexual and Reproductive Health among the Young people. I can develop winning community grant proposals, assist in developing donor database, develop logical frameworks, develop an Organisation's strategic plans, assist in fundraising ideas, among other project management competencies. I am a self-motivated individual with the ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, hard-working, and most importantly commitment to continuous learning.
