• Personally devised, developed and implemented Operation Opportunity, providing unique training and employment services to students in Education Support Centres and Schools across Perth. This project alone generated a $750,000 increase in PEP’s revenue in 2011-12 and I have personally secured agreements and Memorandums of Understanding from schools worth $3.25million in the 2012-13 financial year. • Created concepts for 2 social enterprises and led their development from idea development, through launch and start up phase.• Led development of Fee for Service Training for private companies, community groups and professional bodies, thus creating a sustainable non-government funding stream.• Developed successful business model to achieve goal of becoming West Australia’s largest provider of training to people with disabilities. • Led planning, building and establishment of Private School for students in Out of Home Care with Education Support
