Happiness hormones

$30/hr Starting at $25

There are four hormones responsible for determining the level of human happiness, and they are: 1- Endorphins 2- Dopamine 3- Serotonin 4- Oxytocin #First: Endorphin When we go to the gym or exercise, the body secretes this hormone in order to overcome the feeling of pain caused by exercise, and this is the reason for the feeling of pleasure when exercising, and laughter is a good way to release endorphins. We need at least 30 minutes a day watching funny and entertaining things or exercising in order to get our daily dose of endorphins. Second: Dopamine In the journey of life, each of us achieves many tasks, whether big or small, this feeling of achievement causes the secretion of dopamine in varying proportions, and also when we receive appreciation for any work we have accomplished, and any work that makes us feel proud, the body secretes this hormone, which in turn raises the level of our feeling happyThis explains why housewives are often unhappy (because they rarely get the proper appreciation and recognition for the amount of effort they put in each day). #Third: Serotonin It comes when we benefit others, that is, when we go beyond ourselves and are able to give to nature or society, even if it is sharing useful information with others, writing a useful post on the Internet, or answering a person to a question. All of the above makes the body secrete serotonin and thus cause sensation with happiness. #Fourth: Oxytocin It is secreted when approaching people, when shaking hands, when cuddling.. That is why we must hug a young child with a disturbed mood so that this hormone increases and he feels happy again.Summary of the above:

We simply:

 - To exercise every day for #endorphins. - To achieve even small achievements every day for #dopamine. - To be beneficial to others for #serotonin. - To hug children or friends and family for #oxytocin.
