I have several years experience in computers and telecom in multi-platform environments. I starting in PC's and networking from their infancy. I am an expert in MS Office XP/2010 and MS Windows XP/VISTA/7/8.1 and I have excellent knowledge of all the most common software and hardware that is in use today. I am experienced in all desktops, notebooks, routers, printers, modems, and monitoring software. I have many years experience in every level of help desk operations in government and industry. I support every piece of hardware and software out there, whether it is Apple, Microsoft, Linux/UNIX, telecom, broadcasting, inventory, payroll and accounting systems, etc. I also have programming and support experience in several languages and database software such as MS Office and SQLs since I have always had to integrate the technologies. I am an expert in integration and the integration of legacy systems. Throughout my career, I have interfaced equipment that was never designed to work together or re-engineered and modified existing equipment to perform tasks for which they were not designed. I also have experience with satellite and wireless technology.
