This service offers you to design your house up to 70 m2.
The Tiny house - Design of a house up to 30m2. These houses usually have only bathroom separated and the bed hidden in its niche or a low galery.
The Small house - Design of a house between 30 and 50 m2. These houses usually have one bathroom and one bedroom separated, and the rest of the house is organized as an open space. Usually they are one floor houses.
The Small house - Design of a house between 50 and 70 m2. Here you can have two bedrooms and a bathroom separated while the rest of the house is an open space. These houses can be designed on two floors, but then some area must go to the stairs.
The service includes:
- 1 or 2 floor plan drawings,
- 2 section drawings,
- 1 roof drawing,
- 3D render images of all 4 facades,
- two 3D render images of angle views and
- two 3d render images of an interior.
