My HR Consulting experience includes; job evaluations (Patterson), labour relations, company benefits, recruitment, policies, reporting (EE, SETA submissions & BBEE certificates). Implementation of performance management review process within a company which aligns with the annual training budget of the company as well as the individual development plan of each employee. I identified any skill development gaps within the company and arranged the appropriate training interventions as well as Head Office training interventions which promoted the wellness of the employees. I have attended job evaluation courses for both Patterson and Permones job evaluation systems and was responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the job evaluation system throughout the company. I have also attended a salary benchmarking course at PWC and are familiar with remuneration structures and scales. My HR system experience include CRM (recruitment), QuickBooks, VIP (HR System) and Peoplesoft.
