Dealing with all Administrative matter i.e. Appointment, Promotion and Transfer including other allied matters of the officials in BS- 01 to 16. Maintenance of Service Books and Leave Record of the officials referred above. Matters related to the Sanctions of House building Advance, Motor Cycle Advance and grant of GP Fund Advance and traveling allowance of the official in (BS-01 to 16). Coordination and compilation of the periodical and other reports related to HR Wing required to be submitted to President’s Secretariat/Prime Minister’s Office/Senate/National Assembly, Establishment & Finance Division. Administrative matters of the contingent paid staff as well as the issues relates to the employees of devolved Ministries/Divisions were posted to this Ministry. All the administrative matters relate to Interns posted in Finance Division under National Internship Programme (NIP). HR & Administration Management System. Recruitment (Full Cycle). Office administration. Attendance management. Leave management. Payroll management. Selection process and follow-up of the candidates. Coordinating for the offer letters and other post-joining documentation required. Page 1 of 2 Making induction of the new employees to make them aware of the organization policies, procedures, facilitating their interaction with different functional heads of the different departments. Orientation & induction. Training & development. Performance management. Performance appraisals. Investigating and providing guidance on employee relations issues through progressive disciplinary process. Keep current with employment law and HR regulations to ensure regulatory compliance. Counseling and mentoring employees and managing team to provide impartial determination to employee issues and to seek an effective resolution. Member of strategic management team that aligned business objectives with employee.
