Deb Seidman is the Founder and President of Green Silk Associates. She has over 25 years experience both as a consultant and as an internal HR manager in global organizations. Deb brings extensive experience in change management, facilitation, organization design, and HR process improvement. Her areas of expertise include performance management, talent management, and team effectiveness. Deb has been a consultant with the Korn Consulting Group, Inc. since 2006.
