Jim Fadell is the Owner of Consultants of Carolina. A native of Ohio and former resident of Louisville, Kentucky, he earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an MBA focused on Organizational Dynamics and Leadership. He has over 25 years with Fortune 500 companies where his last position was as Vice President and Company Officer. Jim is an experienced trainer and facilitator having written and delivered dozens of sessions on various topics including Strategic Talent Management, Diversity in the Workplace, Effective Performance Reviews, Managing a Multi-Generational Workforce, Team Building, and Setting Employee Goals and Expectations. He holds multiple patents and is Level 2 Certified in the administration and interpretation of Employee Assessments.
