No legal advice will be provided.
The work performed will not be subject to attorney-client privilege or work product protection.
All information shared by Client will, however, be treated as confidential and protected under the confidentiality provisions of any definitive agreement executed between the parties.
If the Client requests or requires legal advice, Consultant will either refer such matters to Client’s chosen legal counsel or, if appropriate, provide a separate legal engagement agreement under Consultant’s law practice.
