As an HRM maintaining good industrial relations, an organization needs to have a structure where there are departments, and each departments has a boss and subordinates. Both the boss and subordinates are issued out roles and responsibilities.
HRM is saddled with the responsibilities of issuing out roles to all departments. Also, in maintaining industrial relations, the welfarism of the staff is of Paramount to the HRM whereby issues are reported and tackled adequately either by giving sanctions or queries.
